The MS Orthopaedics programme provides advanced postgraduate training in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. The programme combines academic excellence with extensive clinical exposure, surgical training, trauma care, and research to develop highly skilled orthopedic specialists.

Overview

MS Orthopaedics is a three-year postgraduate programme focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, surgical management, and rehabilitation of disorders affecting bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and the spine. Residents receive comprehensive training through trauma services, operation theatres, fracture clinics, outpatient departments, rehabilitation units, seminars, and research activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College.
  • Permanent or provisional registration with NMC/State Medical Council.
  • Qualified NEET-PG examination as per Government/NMC guidelines.
  • Admission subject to institutional and regulatory norms.
